Green Tea & Carrot Deep Strengthening & Restore Mask Treatment is a healthy hair essential. Formulated to penetrate the hair shaft and infuse your hair with high-quality vitamins and nutrients to transform your hair into its most optimal and healthiest state. Enriched with biotin, green tea, and carrot oil, this product will immediately begin to repair and restore dry and damaged strands.

Directions: After shampooing, apply a generous amount from root to end. Massage gently into hair, especially the ends and distribute evenly. Cover hair with a plastic cap and sit under dryer for 15 minutes. May be left on with a plastic cap for up to 1 hour without heat. Rinse thoroughly. Style as usual. Use every 1-2 weeks for best results.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.

* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
