A.ย No, the shampoo and conditioner should be applied at room temperature however we recommend applying the styling products cold.ย Our exclusive Cold Application TechnologyTM uses a โ€œcold on contactโ€ approach to help close hair cuticles in place and reduce frizz duringย styling. Refrigerate our smoothing, sealing Avocado & Tamanu Anti-Frizz stylers before use to amplify anti-frizz protection. Refrigerationย Recommended, NOT Required.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:

* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.
