HOW TO APPLY

 

 1. PREPARE YOUR NATURAL HAIR

Ensure that your hair is clean, dry, and well-conditioned before installing the weave. It’s best to wash and deep condition your natural hair before starting the process.

 

2. CREATE A SOLID FOUNDATION

Depending on your preference and the condition of your natural hair, you can braid it into cornrows or create a flat base by wrapping it against your head. This foundation will provide a stable surface for attaching the weave.

 

3. MEASURE AND CUT THE WEAVE

Determine the desired length of the weave and cut it accordingly. Make sure to leave a small amount of excess hair to allow for adjustments during the installation process.

 

4. ATTACH THE WEAVE

Start at the nape of your neck and use a curved needle and thread specifically designed for weaving to sew the weave onto the cornrows or base. Begin sewing from one side and work your way to the other, ensuring the weave is securely attached.

 

5. BLEND THE WEAVE WITH YOUR NATURAL HAIR

Use a comb or your fingers to blend the weave with your natural hair, ensuring a seamless and natural look. You can also use styling tools to curl or straighten the hair, depending on your desired style.

 

HOW TO MAINTAIN

 

Gently detangle the hair using a paddle brush or wide toothcomb before washing.

 

Use a mild shampoo and lukewarm water to wash the hair, applying the shampoo in a downward motion and rinsing thoroughly with clear water.

 

Use cold water when conditioning to help seal hair cuticles and promote shine.

 

Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair while washing and conditioning to prevent tangling and breakage.

 

Gently squeeze out excess water from the hair with a towel and hang it to air dry or use a blow dryer with cold air.

 

Apply heat appliances only when the hair is completely dry.

 

Use a small amount of hair lotion or serum for additional styling and conditioning.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

Wigs and Ponytail:
All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
