Hawaiian Silky No Lye Regular Relaxer 20oz

Hawaiian Silky Crème Conditioning No-Lye Relaxer is formulated with lithium hydroxide for minimal scalp irritation and continuous protection during the relaxer process. Straighten new growth with ease while jojoba oil and mink oil combine to nourish your scalp and reduce breakage. This extraordinary relaxer leaves a variety of hair textures silky smooth. Available in Mild, Regular, and Super.

PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Preliminary Strand Test: Do a strand test prior to every virgin or touch up relaxer. (Do Not Pre-Shampoo) Take a small amount of Hawaiian Silky Creme Conditioning No lye Relaxer and apply to several strands of hair. If any signs or damage or breakage occurs, do not use product until hair has been conditioned and retested. Leave on for no longer than 10 minutes and note relaxation of hair. l. APPLICATION: Wear protective gloves. DO NOT PRE-SHAMPOO. Part hair in 4 sections and apply Hawaiian Silky Pre Cream according to directions. Set timer for 8 minutes. Start timer and apply relaxer in more resistant area first (usually the crown). Apply to the front hairline last. Begin smoothing with fingers or back of comb where relaxer was first applied. Continue until hair is straightened sufficiently or time has elapsed. (Virgin Hair) — Apply one inch from scalp on shaft only (Avoid ends). When shaft is straight apply to hair closest to scalp and ends. (Retouch) — Apply to new growth only as close to scalp as possible. Il. RELAXING: Follow the Time Guide for sufficient relaxing. If patron shows any signs of discomfort, remove relaxer immediately. (DO NOT EXCEED SUGGESTED TIME). Ill. RINSING: When desired results are achieved, rinse hair thoroughly with a strong force of tepid water until hair is free of relaxer. IV. NEUTRALIZING: Apply Hawaiian Silky Neutralizing Shampoo and work into a rich lather. Shampoo a second time or until there is no pink color in rinse water or lather. Towel blot and proceed to conditioning. V. CONDITIONING: Apply Hawaiian Silky Protein Hair Preservative to hair and allow 10 minutes to process. Style as desired with Hawaiian Silky styling products.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return Policy

All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:

* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
