How To Use

Directions: After shampooing, apply Anti-Frizz Conditioner to damp hair. Gently detangle with wide tooth comb from ends to root for even distribution. Leave on hair for 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For the last 5 seconds, rinse with cool water to help close hair cuticles. Follow with MIELLE® Avocado & Tamanu Anti-Frizz Slip & Seal Leave-In Conditioner.

Tip: Use a microfiber towel versus cotton towel to reduce hair surface friction.

FAQs

Q. Mielle recommends to refrigerate the Avocado & Tamanu styling items but should I refrigerate the conditioner too?
A. No, the shampoo and conditioner should be applied at room temperature however we recommend applying the styling products cold. Our exclusive Cold Application TechnologyTM uses a “cold on contact” approach to help close hair cuticles in place and reduce frizz during styling. Refrigerate our smoothing, sealing Avocado & Tamanu Anti-Frizz stylers before use to amplify anti-frizz protection. Refrigeration Recommended, NOT Required.
Q. Is it Silicone Free?
A. Yes, it is Silicone free.
Q. What other Avocado & Tamanu products work well with this conditioner?
A. Of course the Avocado & Tamanu Shampoo, however we recommend that you use the entire system to achieve best results for frizz free styling.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always ﬁnal sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
