Indigenous people of the rainforest and tropical regions have long used mango butter to restore flexibility, reduce degeneration of skin cells,
and protect skin against exposure. The seed of the mango tree, first cultivated on the Indian subcontinent and in eastern Asia more than 4,000 years ago, yields an excellent moisturizer. This line combines mango, shea, and cocoa butters with jojoba oil and aloe vera. Vitamin C helps protect skin from both damaging free radicals and premature aging.

Humble Beginnings

Nubian Heritage is the brainchild of two New York street vendors. In 1992, fresh out of college without jobs, Rich and Nyema embarked on a mission to produce luxurious natural products from traditional African recipes with fair trade ingredients. Today Nubian Heritage offers culturally authentic natural products inspired by global ancient healing philosophies. Although Nubian Heritage products are no longer made in bath tubs, little else has changed; the company still makes its own products, still uses fair trade ingredients and still invests in community commerce.

The indigenous people of the tropical rainforest have long used Mango Butter to provide skin a protective moisture barrier against moisturize, against environmental stressors. The seed of the mango fruit, first cultivated on the Indian subcontinent and in Eastern Asia more than 4,000 years ago, is revered for its moisturizing benefits. Mango Butter, rich in Vitamin E, carotenoids and antioxidants, provides supple, rejuvenating moisture to skin for the appearance of firmer, healthier-looking skin.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

Wigs and Ponytail:
All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:

* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
