โ€ข Gently detangle the hair from ends to roots using a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb.

โ€ข ย Turn the wig inside out and wet the hair with lukewarm water from the top (cap) to reduce tangling.

โ€ข Apply shampoo in a downward motion and rinse until the water runs clear. Do not rub the cap when washing.

โ€ข Turn the wig cap back and repeat the above steps with cold water when applying conditioner.

โ€ข Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with a towel. Do not roll or rub the hair into a towel.

โ€ข Place the wig on a wig stand and air dry. We recommend using a smaller head size to avoid stretching the cap.

โ€ข Apply a small amount of hair lotion or serum, as needed.

โ€ข If applying glue or tape, be sure to only apply on lace material.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post or equivalent options from other couriers, depending on availability. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

*Free shipping is available over $75 before tax, but certain exclusions apply, including air stage offices and bulk order items. Please note that HairMall.ca reserves the right to modify this offer at any time.

SHIPPING DEFAULT

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. Purchaser takes full responsibility. Once again, HairMall.ca is not responsible for any loss due to missing, insufficient, incorrect or fraudulent information. In the event that a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided, we kindly request that the customer bear the cost of return shipping as well as the re-sending fee, if applicable.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

Wigs and Ponytail:
All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always ๏ฌnal sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Tools and equipment (e.g., dryers, irons, clippers, trimmers, scissors, blades, etc. But not limited to):
-They are always a final sale and only a defective one will be exchanged.
-Personal satisfaction does not warrant exchanges or refunds.
-If any item arrives damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery. The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition. Once assembly begins or the item has been used, we are unable to verify whether the damage occurred before or during assembly, and returns or exchanges may not be eligible.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.

โ€”You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
