ABOUT IT: The Skala Expert #Perfect Curls line has been specially developed to meet the needs of curly, frizzy, or transitional hair. Its ingredients and nutrients moisturize and untangle, give shine and strength, and repair the threads. SKALA Leave-in Conditioner provides perfect volume.

ATTENTION: Protects from the heat of the dryer, diffuser and curling iron: forms a film around the hair fiber, protecting it from high temperatures (up to 230 degrees).

COMPOSITION: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Linum Usitatissimum Seed Extract (and) Algin (and) Glyceryl Oleate Citrate (and) Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Shea Butter Cetyl Esters, Parfum, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Methylchloroisothiazolinone (and) Methylisothiazolinone, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Citric Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Panthenol, Coumarin, Linalool.

HOW TO USE AND PRECAUTIONS:
Directions: It can be used to replace traditional conditioner.
HAIR TREATMENT CONDITIONING: Apply to shampooed hair, massaging thoroughly each lock of hair for 3 minutes, and rinse well. For best results, put on a thermal hair cap for 15 minutes and rinse off.
CO WASH: Our formula has emollient agents that are capable of promoting cleansing to the strands. Suitable for strands sensitized by chemicals and dyeings.
LEAVE-IN: Apply a small amount in damp or dry hair and spread throughout. Do not rinse and style as usual.
FREE CO WASH: With completely wet hair, put just a small amount of the product on your hand and spread it over the scalp. Gently massage it with your fingertips like a Regular Shampoo. Rinse well. Next, apply some product along the strands? length, detangle with your fingers, and rinse them. Repeat the process if you feel like some more scalp cleaning.
THERMAL PROTECTOR: After washing, if you use a dryer, curling iron, or diffuser, leave the hair moist and apply a small amount to the hair to protect from thermal aggression.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
— All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.
—You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
— We are unable to take back unsealed products of hygienic and safety reasons.
