Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.
We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.
