How to Use:

Braids, twists, locs:ย Use the pointed application tip to apply directly to the scalp.ย  Massage into the scalp, style hair.

Hot Oil Treatment:ย apply after shampooing with the Berry Clean Shampooโ„ข.ย  Towel dry, section off hair.ย  Pourย  Hair & Scalp Oil with Vitamin Eโ„ข into your hands and apply to loose hair from the roots to the ends. Massage into the hair and scalp and cover hair with a warm towel for 3-10 minutes.ย  Lightly rinse hair, towel dry and style.

What It Does:
Hair & Scalp Oil with Vitamin Eโ„ข is a non-greasy natural formula that eliminates dry scalp and skin with regular use. Infused with Vitamin E to help stimulate hair growth and moisturize dry scalp and hair.

Soybean Oil (Glycine Soja Oil), Vitamin E (Tocopherol Acetate), Fragrance (Parfum).

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post or equivalent options from other couriers, depending on availability. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always ๏ฌnal sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Tools and equipment (e.g., dryers, irons, clippers, trimmers, scissors, blades, etc. But not limited to):
-They are always a final sale and only a defective one will be exchanged.
-Personal satisfaction does not warrant exchanges or refunds.
-If any item arrives damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery. The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition. Once assembly begins or the item has been used, we are unable to verify whether the damage occurred before or during assembly, and returns or exchanges may not be eligible.
