The Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil Conditioner deeply penetrates and replenishes dull, dry and damaged hair while increasing moisture and manageability.

Directions For Use:

Massage a generous amount of the Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil Conditioner into clean, damp hair. Cover hair with plastic cap and leave on for 30 minutes. Gently comb through hair with a wide-tooth comb before rinsing with water.

Complete hair regimen with the Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave-In Conditioner & Detangler. Style as desired.

Ingredients:

Aloe Barbadensis (Organic Aloe) Leaf Juice, Cetearyl Alcohol, Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Stearalkonium Chloride, Lemon Oil, Lavender Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Panthenol, Citric Acid.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always ﬁnal sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
— All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.
—You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
— We are unable to take back unsealed products of hygienic and safety reasons.
